We’re a young, growing Marketing/Communications agency and needed experience financial leadership in the immediate and longer-term horizons. Three years ago, Ken McKinney joined the agency as a part-time CFO in answer to our needs. He stepped in and established monthly, quarterly and annual processes, helping level out our Receivables, Payables and Cash Flow extremes. Ken researched, recommended and managed the purchase of a software system that fit our environment to track Time and Expenses. He also has negotiated and currently manages the Agency’s HR and Benefit package. During a recent staffing shift, Ken performed triple-duty: acting as our CFO, managing the day-to-day finances, and leading the recruitment and hiring of a new Bookkeepers. Ken’s commitment and contributions have been instrumental to our success.
